Billing Terms

Product purchases on mavlomarket.com are processed as ONE-TIME SALES: you are billed once for the total amount displayed at checkout. The only recurring charge is the optional VIP Club membership, described below, and it applies only if you add it to your order.

The descriptor "MAVLOMARKET" will appear on your credit card statement for all charges.

VIP Club Membership

The VIP Club is an optional paid monthly membership. It is never added automatically: you must tick "Add VIP Club membership" at checkout.

• What is included: access to the members-only VIP shop and 50% off every product in it, for as long as your membership is active.
• Price: $NaN per month.
• No free trial: the first $NaN is charged at checkout, together with your order.
• Renewal: the membership renews automatically every month and your card is charged $NaN each time until you cancel.
• Access: log in to the VIP Club with the email used at checkout, from "VIP Membership" in the site menu.
• How to cancel: use the "Cancel VIP membership" link in the footer of every page (/vip/cancel) and enter the email you used to join, or email support@mavlomarket.com. Cancel before your next monthly renewal date to avoid the next charge. After cancelling you are not charged again.
